 Sweet Chewy Creations Delivery Information
Order Processing
* We aim to ship orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after they are received.
* Orders placed on Fridays are typically shipped on Mondays.
* Since all items are baked fresh, availability is usually not an issue.
* Delivery date is not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping
* We use Royal Mail tracked delivery for most products (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
* Next working day delivery may be available for some items. Contact us at info@sweetchewycreations.com for more information.

Delivery Charges
* Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.
Customer Responsibility
* You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
* Sweet Chewy Creations is not liable for non-delivery or losses due to incorrect addresses.
* Our couriers will attempt delivery between 8am and 6pm.
* If no one is home, the courier may leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbor.
* A card will be left if a safe location cannot be found. It's the recipient's responsibility to contact the courier to arrange redelivery.
* Sweet Chewy Creations is not responsible for failed deliveries due to the recipient not contacting the courier for redelivery.
* We recommend that you inform the recipient to expect a delivery.

Delivery Delays
* Sweet Chewy Creations is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or accidents.
* In such cases, a complimentary online credit voucher may be offered.
* If damage occurs due to a delay, a replacement will be sent to the recipient.
Product Availability
* Our website is updated regularly to reflect product availability.
* In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Order Amendments
* You can amend your order until you click "submit" on the final checkout page.
* We may be able to modify a submitted order by contacting info@sweetchewycreations.com. This is at our discretion.

Returns and Refunds
* You can cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods (except for opened or expired products).
* You must notify us by email (info@sweetchewycreations.com) before returning any items and arrange for their return at your own cost.
* The goods must be returned in satisfactory condition.
* Returned orders will be refunded within 7 days.
